Where a Welcome Offer is available, the following conditions apply:

• The promotional code must be applied at checkout before payment is completed
• Discount codes cannot be applied to completed orders
• One use per customer
• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated
• Minimum spend of $100 AUD applies
• Valid on full-priced items only
• Gift cards are excluded
• The offer is subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at any time at the discretion of Reverie The Label

From time to time, Reverie The Label may issue promotional discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases
• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without permission
• Gift cards are excluded unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time

Free Gift with Purchase promotions are available while stocks last. Availability of gift items is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn without notice once stock has been exhausted.

Where applicable, the free gift will automatically appear in your cart once the qualifying purchase amount has been reached.

Customers may be required to select a size, colour, or product variant before the gift can be added to the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the free gift appears in the cart before completing checkout.

If a free gift is not selected or does not appear in the order prior to payment, Reverie The Label is unable to add the gift after the order has been completed.

We recommend reviewing your order summary carefully before finalising your purchase.

Reverie The Label reserves the right to modify, substitute, suspend, or withdraw any Free Gift with Purchase promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to:

• The gift item offered
• Qualifying purchase thresholds
• Promotion dates
• Eligibility requirements

Shipping charges do not contribute toward the minimum spend required to qualify for a free gift promotion. Only the value of eligible products purchased will be considered when calculating qualification thresholds.

Where an order is returned for a refund and the resulting order value falls below the qualifying spend required for the free gift promotion, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition.

If the free gift is not returned, Reverie The Label reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.
