Mid Year Sale Terms and Conditions: 

The Reverie The Label Mid Year Sale will begin from Thursday 28th of May 11:00am AEST. A discount of up to 50% off sitewide will be applied. 

Shipping

Please be aware that Reverie the Label is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

During this sale period, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be despatched. 

We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted Queensland or National Public Holidays.

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Reverie the Label accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to Reverie the Label due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit. 

Changing Your Order

Once your order is placed, the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address if we get to it in time. We can't guarantee this as we aim to ship our orders to our customers as quick as possible so please ensure you have checked your order before placing it. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted on goods within 30 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will not be accepted. We recommend that you try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe. 

All items on our Sale page or discounted over 50% are non returnable.

All items discounted 30-50% are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange and a prepaid label will be provided to return these for Australian customers only. Customers outside of Australia will need to ship the return to us at their own cost.

Return label fee for Australian customers who opt for a refund will have $9.95 deducted from the refund amount. Customers who select store credit or an exchange will not have a return label fee. 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The product was received in the last 30 days (applies to both domestic and international orders)

  • The product is in original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product isn't discounted by over 50%
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.
  • Hygiene labels on applicable products must still be attached.  

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
