What is Australian Made?

The Australian Made, Australian Grown logo is administered by Australian Made Campaign Limited (AMCL), a not-for-profit public company established in 1999 by the Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) and the network of state and territory chambers of commerce, with the cooperation of the Federal Government.

Shopping for Australian made and Australian grown products can seem pretty confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. Simply look for the famous green and gold Australian Made, Australian Grown kangaroo logo – it has been helping consumers for more than 25 years. The logo was launched by Bob Hawke in 1986 and for the first 10 years of its life was managed by the Advance Australia Foundation. These days it’s administered by Australian Made Campaign Limited (AMCL), a not-for-profit company, under contract from the Federal Government.

It’s a registered certification Trademark, with a strict set of rules (Code of Practice) governing how it can be used. Products must be registered with AMCL and must meet the criteria in the Code of Practice to use the logo.

It is important to Reverie as a brand and a company because we want to promote homegrown talent, support industries and jobs here in Australia but also because we have control over how our garments are made and the conditions within our Atelier.

Once your order is placed, the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address if we get to it in time. We can't guarantee this as we aim to ship our orders to our customers as quick as possible so please ensure you have checked your order before placing it.

Can I use more than one discount code or gift card at once? 

The Reverie the Label checkout is only able to accept one discount code or gift card code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

I forgot to add a discount or giftcard, can you add this to my existing order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to retroactively add your discount code or gift card to the payment of your order.

What is Afterpay?

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment
details as usual, while returning customers log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Afterpay allows you to Buy Now & Pay Later! Pay when it suits you best over 4 equal instalments that are due every 2 weeks.

How do I redeem a free gift with purchase?

What are the shipping timeframes?

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Courier delivery, please allow 3-10 business days

NEW ZEALAND: Please allow 3-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: allow 4-20 business days depending on your location

We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays or on Queensland and Australia-wide Public Holidays.

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING, but we do not cover the cost of customs duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government.

Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and we are unable to cover these charges.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted on goods within 30 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will not be accepted. We recommend that you try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe. You will receive a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label for returns within Australia excluding sale items.

How do I return my items?

Please submit your returns request here using our returns portal, you will then be sent a label to return the items back to us free of charge*. Items can be returned for an exchange, refund or store credit. 

Can I exchange items?
